Comparison of Sonographic Findings and Routine Urine Examination in patient with Acute Pyelonephritis

Background: Pyelonephritis is a renal inflammatory condition diagnosed with patient’s history, physical examination and imaging studies. Although laboratory finding, clinical sign symptoms are considered for the diagnosis treatment. Aim: To compare sonographic findings of pyelonephritis urine complete Methodology: A Cross sectional analytical study was conduct at Gilani Ultrasound Center, Ferozepur Road, Lahore routine performed in Sanabil Health Services Hospital, Khayaban-e-Quaid, Lahore. Entirely comprised patients were queried concerning variables such as gender, age, grey scale ultrasound findings, Doppler lab findings. Patients enquired to lie down well depiction Abdomen. Results: Out 138 patients, 77 males 61 females, maximum age years minimum 18 years, 75 (54.3%) history pyelonephritis, 67 that support 71 had no 67(48.6%) right kidney acute 65(47.1%) left pyelonephritis. Conclusion: The concluded there an important association among Urine evaluation However, do not play significant role but these can be helpful chronic cases Pyelonephritis.
